Returns

You cannot cancel orders accepted by Safavet and goods correctly supplied are not returnable except with Safavet's prior written agreement.
 
Any goods returned must be consigned carriage paid and are subject to a charge of 15% of the invoiced price.
If you receive faulty goods (damaged, broken, colour or size not as ordered) Safavet will refund standard rate return postage.
 
Please contact us within 10 working days of receipt of goods if they are faulty.
Faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion based on fair wear and tear. If your goods develop a fault, after they have been used it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your expense.
Please contact sales@safavet.com to discuss your return prior to sending it to us (unsolicited returns will not be dealt with). Photos of the fault will help speed up any initial claims process.
